Buried pipeline is widely used in the storage and transportation of urban gas as the key equipment of urban gas transportation.Under the urban reconstruction project, due to various reasons, the pipeline is shallowly buried under the roadway, which makes the pipeline have huge potential safety hazards. It is necessary to analyze and understand the stress of the pipeline under the traffic lane.In this paper, the vehicle-pipeline-soil foundation model is established based on the pipeline laying environment, highway structure and the vehicle passing through the highway. The stress of the vehicle load is discussed by choosing two types of pipes, the pipe diameter 406×9.5mm and the pipe diameter 273×6mm.On this basis, the fatigue of the vehicle is considered.Specific research contents are as follows:(1)In this paper, the vertical earth pressure and displacement of pipeline under the action of soil and vehicle wheel pressure are obtained, and the influence factors of pipeline under the action of vehicle load are put forward.(2)On the basis of the above research, two types of pipes, the pipe diameter 406×9.5 mm and the pipe fitting 273×6 mm,are selected to study the effect of ground vehicle load on the pipeline under the influence factors of the soft degree of soil around the pipe, the compaction degree of the pipeline foundation, the buried depth of the pipeline and the size of the pipe diameter.(3)In the previous analysis, the most likely condition of fatigue failure of pipeline is studied under which conditions the pipeline is subjected to the greatest stress. On this basis, the fatigue risk of the pipeline under different buried depths and vehicle loads is further studied.
