With the rapid development of Chinese economy in recent years,people pay more and more attention to the environment,which puts forward higher requirements for the current air cleanliness detection technology.Optical particle counter(OPC)is widely used as an instrument for air cleanliness detection.The research on its quantity traceability and related calibration technology needs to be improved urgently.In this paper,the basis of my research is the internationally recognized quantity traceability technology of optical particle counter,which is named: Optical Particle Counter(OPC)-Condensation Particle Counter(CPC)-Faraday-Cup Aerosol Electrometer(FCAE)step by step traceability technology.The following studies were carried out: A high-precision aerosol electrometer was set up,making the particle number concentration was traceable to current,and then the research of calibration for FCAE was carried out,of which the uncertainty of calibration results is better than 1.2 %(k=2);The CPC calibration device and methods were established,in the meantime the uncertainty was better than 2.8 %(k=2);A real-time optical particle counter calibration device was carried out in the range of(0.1?3.0)?m particle size and flow rate less than or equal to 28.3 L/min,and the counting efficiency of the target optical particle counter was within the range of 100.0 % ? 105.0 %,of which the uncertainty was better than 6.2 %(k=2);An aerosol mixer which is suitable for the calibration of large-flow optical particle counter was developed,so that the calibration system could meet the requirements of the calibration of 100 L/min instruments;The controllable generation of monodisperse largesize aerosol particles was achieved,and the stability of aerosol concentration within 20 minutes was better than 0.8 %.Through the above studies,the measurement results of the optical particle counter are traceable to the source,and the ability of the existing optical particle counter calibration device is improved.
