| With the rapid development of hydraulic oil pollution testing technology,the particle size testing of solid pollutants and the calibration technology of oil liquid automatic particle counter have matured.However,the research in the field of particle counting standard material in China started late,and there are still gaps in the preparation and standard establishment of particle counting standard material.Based on the particle measurement transfer mode of the mainstream oil based particle counting standard material,the paper proposes the development of dCA type automatic particle counter calibration standard material and the establishment of measurement standard.The main research is how to prepare oil base particle counting material with uniform distribution,simple preparation process and low cost.The main tasks of establishing measurement criteria are as follows: 1 In view of the key technical problems of the preparation of single dispersed spherical particles,the single dispersed polystyrene spherical particles were selected and prepared through comparative analysis,and the uniformity,stability and fixed value of the particle size were measured.2 In response to the key technical problem of dispersion of spherical particles in hydraulic fluid,the standard material base loading oil was selected,and two kinds of oil base single-dispersed spherical particle counting standard substances that meet the calibration requirements of dCA automatic particle counter were prepared.The homogeneity,stability test and constant value measurement of the standard substance were passed.3 For one of the key technical problems of tracing dCA type automatic particle counter based on the preparation of standard material,the measurement standards of two kinds of standard standard materials for single-dispersed spherical particle counting are established.The repeatability,stability and uncertainty of the measurement standards are assessed.Through trial,it is verified that the prepared standard material can meet the calibration requirements of dCA automatic particle counter and can be used as the standard substance for the calibration of dCA automatic particle counter. |
