At present,the development situation of aero-engines in China is good.The rapid development of aero-engine manufacturing is an urgent need for national defense construction.The quality of aero-engine parts manufacturing determines the quality of many indicators such as engine life and performance.Therefore,improving the quality of parts manufacturing determines The development prospects of the aviation engine manufacturing industry.In this paper,a simulation analysis of the rolling process of aero-engine heat shield parts is carried out,and the transient analysis of the heat shield ring rolling pressure divides the deformation of the ring part into deformed but about to deform,deformed but deformed.Small,more obvious deformation has occurred,and the stress change is also more obvious.The four parts of the expected deformation are completed.Compared with the analysis of the interaction of two bends,the state of the completed node is analyzed.Including 8 modules including equivalent stress,stress intensity,normal stress,tangential stress,equivalent strain,strain intensity,normal strain and tangential strain,a total of 30 analysis situations are selected at 5 nodes to show the overall situation of the analysis.Among them,each stress analysis module mainly selects 4 node segments from the distribution of real-time double-rolling load on the ring surface.According to them,the actual force and mechanical extension direction of the ring can be judged,thereby reflecting the changes in mechanics,and can It is used to judge the change trend of instant mechanics,including the direction of change,which is an important basis for reasonable prediction of the mechanics model.By comparing and analyzing multi-pass and one-feed rolling,it is found that the main stress parts during the multi-pass rolling of the ring are the concave and convex surfaces of the active roller and the driven roller.The stress changes of the ring are better than the one-time feed.Comparing the simultaneous rolling analysis of multiple bends,it is found that the equivalent stress and strain,normal and tangential stress and strain conditions of the simultaneous rolling of one and two bends are roughly the same,and the stress conditions of three or more bends are poor,indicating that the engineering practice Two bends can be rolled at the same time to work,which can improve work efficiency and avoid the problem of shaping changes caused by rolling multiple bends at the same time.The paper has 43 pictures,5 tables and 114 references.
