Machinery manufacturing industry is an important industry in China's industrial layout and plays a decisive role in China's economic and social development.The level of the mechanical manufacturing industry is an important indicator of a country's scientific and technological level.Starting from the 1960 s,China's machinery manufacturing industry started slowly and it has been nearly 60 years since today.Shandong XT company mainly produces cam divider.As an industrial automation control equipment manufacturer,it also faces these problems,such as how to layout the company's development,improve profitability.This article takes Shandong XT company as the research object and analyzes the macroscopically environment of the enterprise from four aspects: political environment,economic environment,social environment,and technical environment;It also analyzes the competitive environment of the industry through the five-force model and the company's internal environment.Finally,run the SWOT analysis method to analyze the company and complete the company's strategic choice according to the actual situation of the company.This study finds that Shandong XT should choose an international strategy in the company-level strategy,choose a focus strategy and a low-cost strategy in the business-level strategy,and perform the brand,R&D and human resources strategy in the functional layer.In the implementation of the company-level strategy,the company must actively explore the international market,make use of the industrial transformation in India and Southeast Asia,and boldly try to implement the internationalization strategy.In the implementation of the business strategy,first,through the company's technical capabilities,quality management capabilities,brand advantages,improving product after-sales service levels,the company implements a focused strategy.The second,relying on reducing the company's labor costs,managing costs,and saving financial expenses,the company has achieved cost leadership.When implementing company-level strategy,we should focus on brand strategy,R&D strategy and human resource strategy design.Finally,the company proposed safeguards.
