Investment Benefit Analysis Of L-Road Project In Hongqiao District

Since the reform and opening up,China has entered a period of rapid development,and infrastructure construction has developed rapidly.Since 2007,the Hongqiao District of Tianjin has accelerated the construction of infrastructure.With the help of the Central Government and the Municipal Party Committee,the reconstruction and expansion of the West Railway Station has been completed.In particular,the construction of road infrastructure has been developed rapidly and the economy has grown rapidly.However,with the rapid development of the economy,land resources began to appear to a certain extent of tension,the urban spatial structure needs to be re-planned and adjusted.In this context,it has both theoretical and practical significance to explore road construction and investment benefit analysis.It not only relieves traffic pressure,but also provides great convenience for people's lives.At the same time,the speed of urban road construction in Hongqiao District still lags behind the expansion of the city and the needs of the people.Therefore,it is necessary to continue to increase investment in urban road construction,scientifically and rationally plan the layout of urban roads,and carry out feasible analysis of government investment.Since municipal construction is a project with large investment,long construction period,and large impact,it is necessary to analyze the economic,environmental,and social impacts of municipal projects before they are built.The analysis of the investment benefit of the municipal road construction project is an important part of the preliminary work of the project,and it is the basis for the construction project establishment and decision-making.This paper takes the L-urban road reconstruction and construction project in Hongqiao District as the research object and analyzes the investment benefit of the project construction.First,it summarizes the relevant research results at home and abroad,and introduces the research ideas of the thesis.Second,the project and its basic situation are described in detail,including the surrounding roads,construction scale,traffic flow analysis;Thirdly,to analyze the economic situation of the investment of the project,to clarify the National economic indicators of the project;Fourth,investigate potential stakeholders in the implementation of the project and provide information on their possible responses;Fifth,the article analyzes the various external environments that the project needs to deal with in the process of construction,such as: social impact,social risks,etc..In short,this thesis aims to effectively analyze the feasibility of the project by planning the investment plan of the road construction project,analyzing and predicting the social and national economic benefits,and analyzing the land returns of the Hongqiao area,so as to avoid or reduce the blindness of the project investment decision.We will improve the overall social and economic benefits of investment in municipal road construction.
