Since entering the new century,the rapid development of economy Chinese,gross domestic product GDP has increased from about 10 trillion in 2000 to about 82 trillion in2017,along with the social economy construction scale,constantly expanding and deepening,infrastructure construction,people's livelihood construction to continuously improve,the construction of urbanization continuously from the city center are promoted as extension.The rapid development of the construction of foundation concrete materials,especially the 2007 national ministries on the part of the city to ban on-site mixing of concrete policy,ready mixed concrete enterprise is more like the bamboo shoots,there have been new production enterprises.Tianjin as the first pilot city,ready mixed concrete production enterprises has increased from 100 in 2007 to more than 300 now more than the low threshold,the homogenization of the rapid development of ready mixed concrete caused serious excess capacity,the Tianjin urban construction company concrete face fierce competition situation,how to change the optimization of enterprise marketing strategy,to maintain the survival and development of enterprises is put in the front of the enterprise?This article will take Tianjin urban construction concrete company as the research object,the use of marketing theory,by using the PEST analysis,Potter five forces model,4P analysis,SWOT marketing theory,analysis of the Tianjin urban construction company's concrete external marketing environment,marketing environment and the marketing environment of the industry value chain theory analysis,summary and analysis of Tianjin urban construction concrete company's current marketing strategy and problems,and for the development of the company to provide appropriate marketing strategy recommendations for improvement,but also for the industry to provide reference with similar concrete enterprise marketing problems.
