With the continuous development of economic performance, the center of national construction is gradually transferring to the reinforcement and reconstruction of old buildings. As a traditional reinforcement method, encased steel reinforcement is widely used in the reconstruction of buildings because of its mature technology, prominent strengthening consequent and little impact on used space. At present, the research on the reinforcement of encased steel is mainly focused on the complete concrete components without section damage. In practical engineering,it is often encountered that the section damage is caused by opening holes in the column due to planting bar.Design engineer mostly rely on their previous design experience to design encased steel reinforcement for them, because the actual load capacity is not clear. There is high engineering application value to analyze parameters of the load capacity of section damaged columns strengthened with encased steel.Based on the actual reconstruction project, this paper uses automatic measurement system to monitor reinforced columns and analyze the load capacity of section damaged columns by finite element analysis. The main contents include:(1)Introduce the reason and the reconstruction plan of Tengbai shopping mall, and design the key construction process.(2)Select three frame columns in the basement of Tengbai shopping mall to monitor in construction process, and analyze the stress change of section damaged columns.Use PKPM software to calculate the axial compression ratio, and improve that the reinforcement of encased steel for damaged columns can meet the load capacity requirements in construction process.(3)Using finite element analysis software ABAQUS to establish the model of section damaged columns strengthened with encased steel, study on the improvement of the load capacity of ordinary and damaged columns under different initial stress levels, and research the effect on the load capacity of columns after reinforcement by changing the parameters such as the thickness and strength of steel, the space between plates and the width of angle steel. |
