| With economic and social development,as an important way for businesses to publicize,billboards’ structural security and structural innovation have also attracted more attention in recent years,this paper mainly focuses on the research of the roof steel structure billboard in the billboard structure.(1)This paper studies the value of the natural vibration period of the roof steel structure billboard in the part of wind load calculation part of the Technical specification for steel structures of outdoor advertisement facility(CECs 148-2003),using Midas finite element analysis software,modal analysis is carried out for single structure of the billboards of various sizes,steel substructure building and composite structure,obtain and compare the natural period of the three,at the same time,the empirical formula of natural vibration period of steel structure buildings is added,Finally,a more convenient and safe calculation method of natural vibration period for wind load calculation of roof billboard is obtained.(2)Compare the structural characteristics of two common roof billboards,frame billboards and truss billboards,under the combined action of dead load,live load and wind load,through the comparative analysis of the basic natural vibration period and the overall displacement of the structure,it is found that the lateral stiffness of the roof billboard of truss system is weak,relatively low security.Then,the influence of ice load on the billboards of two kinds of roof steel structure is studied,The results show that the influence of icing load can not be ignored in the calculation of the roof billboard structure.It is advisable to apply the corresponding icing load according to the calculation formula of the icing load per unit surface area of the non-circular section after judging the icing condition according to the code for design of high-rising structures,so as to ensure the safety of the structure.(3)Based on the frame system billboard,a new type of assembled roof billboard beam column joint is studied,this kind of splice joint can make the roof billboard realize the assembly,easy to mass production,convenient installation,and safer to reduce the on-site welding construction.This paper discusses the basic performance conditions of the joint,and compares with a variety of fabricated joints to determine the appropriate structural scheme;Based on the BASE model,the ABAQUS finite element software is used to change its different parameters to establish the model.Through each group ofmodels,the influence of each parameter on the mechanical performance of the new joint under the action of wind load is analyzed,the results show that the thickness of the gusset plate,the number of bolts and the ribs all have some influence on the performance of the new joint under wind load. |
