In engineering practice,the bearing capacity cannot meet the requirements due to various reasons such as construction,so it is necessary to reinforce the building structure to meet the use requirements.Studies of column reinforcement have many at home and a broad,including outsourcing steel method,increasing section method,this paper on the basis of the concrete filled steel tube and connecting with the actual engineering requirement put forward PSTRRC column(rear)type of reinforced concrete filled steel tube column reinforcement forms,namely the original concrete column around the chisel in addition to a certain area of concrete,the reinforcing cage around the welding steel plate,pumping high strength grouting material within the cavity,thus forming the structure of a composite column.In this paper,from the aspect of experiment,the main laboratory scale test is conducted,and the mechanical performance of the column optimized with some parameters is analyzed through software simulation.The main contents include:In terms of the test,the data of the scale test of the elder brothers and sisters of the research group were listed,and it was found that in the grouting,the area ratio increased and the length ratio decreased,and the vertical bearing capacity increased significantly.The damage mainly occurred in the upper and lower 14 and the middle of the column,manifested as steel pipe tearing and grouting material damage.By analyzing the data of the field monitoring column,we can get the proportion of the mass stress of the emergency removing part.At the same time,the bearing capacity of the strengthened column obtained from the test and monitoring has been improved obviously on the original basis.At the same time,it can be seen that the initial stress only affects the elastic stress stage.In the simulation of finite element software,the same failure mode appears in the experiment and simulation.Under the action of axial compression,the thickness of steel tube increases,the strength of grouting material and concrete increases,and the ultimate bearing capacity of steel tube increases obviously.At the same time,the influence on the vertical bearing capacity of the rear steel tube is less when the nail is welded.Under the action of sub-low-I complex load of water,its failure is mainly realized as the drum of the upper and lower columns.Meanwhile,its congen U-line,skeleton curve and stiffness curve can be seen that it has good dryness and energy dissipation.To some extent,the direction of loading,the thickness of the rear-mounted steel plate,the strength of grouting material and the ratio of fineness to fineness can be changed to a certain extent,such as t bear and energy consumption.The rear-mounted steel plate twist screws are lower to the subdivision,and the performance under the complex load has no significant influence.
