Research On The Protection And Renewal Strategy Of Hangzhou Worker’ New Village Under The Background Of Old Community Reconstruction

At present,China is promoting the transformation of "villages in the city" and old residential areas in order to improve the quality of urban life and increase the sense of gain and happiness of urban residents.The old community involves a wide range and a large quantity.A large number of new workers’ villages and new workers’ villages also belong to the old community.With the transformation of traditional industries and the implementation of the policy of "two into three" in urban construction,the beauty of the traditional industrial residential area,workers’ new village,has become increasingly blurred.However,the new workers’ village is a historical product of a specific era.Although Hangzhou is not an industrial city,there are many new workers’ villages,which also have special historical heritage value and significance.This paper first describes the research background,research significance and related research literature at home and abroad,and puts forward the research framework.Secondly,the paper combs the concepts of workers’ new village,old community reconstruction and the related theories of urban renewal,especially the concepts of neighborhood renewal,organic renewal,mixed community and sustainable renewal.Third,based on the investigation of Hanggang workers’ new village,Hangsilian workers’ new village,Huafeng workers’ new village,United workers’ new village and construction workers’ new village,this paper analyzes the current situation,typical characteristics and existing problems of Hangzhou workers’ new village.Finally,in view of the problem of Hangzhou workers’ new village,from the perspective of urban planning,architecture,environmental landscape,sociology,economics and other disciplines,this paper puts forward the strategies for the protection and renewal of Hangzhou workers’ new village.This paper believes that in the context of the renovation of old communities,Hangzhou Workers’ New Village should learn from the beneficial experience of the protection and renewal of workers’ and new villages at home and abroad,adopt government-led,self-help,multiple participation and PPP models to carry outprotection and renewal,and create distinctive residential areas for workers’ redevelopment Model,improve the quality of life of workers’ in the new village residents,increase the sense of happiness and gain of living.
