With the rapid development of high-speed railway,more and more attention has been paid to the stability and safety of the train operation.The fastening system of high-speed railway is a structure that fastens and connects the rail and sleeper together,which can prevent the longitudinal and transverse forces produced by the rail in the process of train operation,and buffer the vibration of the rail under the external excitation to ensure the stability and safety of the rail structure.This paper takes WJ-8 fastener system,the latest elastic strip fastener of high-speed railway,as an example,to carry out damage identification and damage diagnosis,at the same time,to monitor the safety of the fastener system,which provides theoretical and experimental basis for the stability and safety of high-speed train operation.In this paper,WJ-8 fastener system,which is used in high-speed railway rail design,is taken as an example to study the damage identification and diagnosis of the fastener system under the external excitation.At the same time,the safety monitoring of the fastener system with or without damage is analyzed.In this paper,the modal analysis of WJ-8 fastener system is carried out by using ABAQUS finite element analysis software.Based on the modal analysis theory,a simplified model of the fastener system is established,and the material parameters of the components of WJ-8 fastener are determined.The element attributes,contact relations and boundary conditions are set for the finite element model of the fastener system,and the components and the whole of the fastener system are set Based on the modal analysis,the modal superposition method is used to analyze the harmonic response of the elastic strip of the fastener system,and the damage of the elastic strip of the fastener system under different positions and different damage depths is analyzed In the damaged condition,the harmonic response analysis results of the elastic strip before and after the damage are compared,and the resonance frequency of the elastic strip of the fastener system under different conditions is obtained.The damage diagnosis experiment of WJ-8 fastener system under the standard installation condition is carried out by using the test platform of 100 m extension line of railway track in Fengxian campus of Shanghai institute of technology,and the frequency of resonance damage of WJ-8 fastener system under four damage conditions is obtained,so as to avoid the high frequency vibration excitation produced by wheel and rail during train operation and reduce the resonance of spring strip of fastener system The research of this paper provides theoretical and experimental basis for the stability and safety of high-speed train operation.
