Reuse Of Waste Industrial Plants In City Reconstruction

Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has strengthened the decision-making and deployment on the protection and reuse of cultural heritage,and promoted the reuse process of waste industrial plants.Shenyang is one of the most important industrial cities in China,which is of great significance in the development of industry in China.As an important carrier of industrial culture in Shenyang,Tiexi District records the important information of different stages of industrial economic development in China,and also faces the problem of being developed and reused in the process of urban transformation.In this paper,the transformation and reuse of the waste industrial plant in Tiexi District of Shenyang City are studied.The purpose of this paper is to enrich the theoretical research perspective of the reuse and reconstruction of old industrial plants in Shenyang and provide data support for the case study of the reconstruction of old industrial plants in Shenyang.First of all,based on the theoretical basis research,this paper analyzes the relevant theoretical concepts and relations of the reuse of waste industrial plants.Through the field survey of the industrial transformation projects and waste industrial plants in Tiexi District,the paper puts forward the existing problems of Industrial Relics in Tiexi District and summarizes them.Secondly,according to the characteristics of Shenyang City,the paper puts forward the design principles and transformation mode applicable to the reuse of waste industrial plants in Tiexi District,Shenyang City.Based on the analysis of the current problems,according to their own development needs,it puts forward specific transformation strategies for the problems,which lays a theoretical foundation for the following design cases.Finally,based on the reuse status and reuse strategy of Shenyang waste factory area,the design case study is carried out.Taking Shenyang Tiexi District Electric Machinery Plant as an example,the field investigation and transformation research are carried out.The design ideas and transformation strategies proposed in the paper are referred to and the results are displayed.Through the study of this paper,it can play a role in the sustainable economic development and human life of the city,and provide a theoretical reference for the reuse of waste industrial plants in the transformation and development of old industrial cities.
