Asteroid exploration has important significance in acquiring information about the evolution of solar system,acquiring rare mineral resources and promoting future deep space exploration.Because of these important implications,the United States,Japan,ESA and other countries and organizations have carried out many asteroid exploration activities.Asteroid has the characteristics of weak gravity,high vacuum and uncertain terrain,which leads to the fact that currently asteroid probes mainly adopt the detection methods such as flyby,circling and "go at a touch",which can only obtain a small amount of information and cannot carry out in-depth scientific research.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out soft landing and attachment detection to ensure that the probe can be stable on the asteroid table for many times and for a long time to carry out sampling work,so as to obtain more detailed asteroid information.Sampling as the goal,based on the probe attachment reference at home and abroad used in the moon,Mars and small object buffering devices,to probe the buffering devices of the detailed design,through the joint dynamics simulation,verify the buffer device the feasibility of the scheme design,design and build a test bench,buffering devices to carry out experimental study.Through the analysis of the existing asteroid exploration research,the main physical characteristics of the asteroid surface,such as gravity acceleration,terrain structure,temperature environment and so on,were obtained,the overall objective of the design of landing buffer device was determined,and the landing buffer device scheme was formed.According to the design of landing buffer device,the landing leg rod,foot pad sensor and electromagnetic damping unit of the asteroid probe landing buffer device are designed in detail,and the control system is designed.Simulink and Adams were used to carry out dynamic co-simulation of the landing buffer device,which verified the limit buffering capacity and landing stability of the detector landing buffer device.Design the landing buffer test bed for the asteroid probe.To verify the feasibility of the scheme,vertical and lateral single landing leg buffering tests were carried out.Cushioning tests were carried out under different landing dip angles of both legs to test the effects of different landing dip angles,landing speeds,satellite media and foot pad materials on landing buffering process,so as to test the cushioning performance of electromagnetic damping landing buffering scheme.The test results show that the landing buffer device can land quickly and stably.
