Research On Automatic Assembly System Of Bearing Base In Indoor Air Conditioner

China is one of the largest industrial and manufacturing country.Mechanical automation has an important influence and significance on the development of industrial modernization.With the advent of the industrial 4.0 era and the development of information technology,industrial production requires higher and higher quality of mechanical equipment.Air-conditioner is the most widely used household appliance in our daily life.The production of Air-conditioner belongs to manufacturing.The traditional air-conditioning enterprises produce and assemble air-conditioning by manual labor,which is inefficient and poor in quality.The backward mode of production has been far from adapting to market demand and seriously restricts the development of enterprises.This design is based on the research and development of the automatic assembly system of the bearing base of the air conditioner in an air conditioning enterprise,the assembly process of bearing base is analyzed,and the optimized automatic assembly process is put forward.The optimal automatic assembly scheme is determined by the comparison of four schemes.The structure design of the automatic feeding system and the loading and unloading assembly system of the bearing base are completed,and the force simulation and analysis of the loading and unloading claw are carried out.The design and simulation analysis of the automatic oiling system are completed.The automatic control system based on Mitsubishi PLC is designed and the system program is completed.Through the test of each subsystem and the debugging of the whole machine,the research and development of the whole set of bearing base automatic assembly system is finally completed.The equipment has been successfully used in an air conditioning enterprise,which runs steadily and greatly improves the level of automatic production of the enterprise.
