Since the 13 th Five-Year Plan,Tongliao City has taken the new urban area as the focus of urban development.With the shift of urban center of gravity,many enterprises and institutions,government departments and urban residents have moved into the new urban area.This also aggravates the separation of work and living in Tongliao City,the limited number of river-crossing corridors,which also leads to serious traffic congestion in the road network around the river-crossing corridor machinery during the morning and evening rush hours.In order to alle viate traffic congestion and cope with the increasing road traffic demand in the future,it is urgent to plan and renovate Binhe Street.In this paper,based on the actual situation,through on-site traffic survey and road status survey,combined with consulting relevant literature,the four-stage method is used to predict the future annual traffic volume of Binhe Street.In traffic generation prediction,two methods are used: the original unit of population and the original unit of area.In the process of traffic distribution,the double-constrained gravity model method is used.In traffic mode prediction,the allocation proportion of various traffic modes in Tongliao City in the coming year is obtained by combining with the relevant planning of Tongliao City.Finally,the future annual traffic volume of each road in the study area is obtained by Trans CAD.On the basis of forecasting traffic volume,according to the relevant road design technical standards and specifications,combined with the current situat ion,the road grade,design speed and other indicators are determined,and the road plane,longitudinal section,cross section,subgrade pavement and ancillary facilities are reformed and designed.The cross section of Binhe Avenue is set as two-way six lanes.The intersection is widened,and the asphalt concrete scheme is adopted to design the roadbed and pavement.On this basis,the Jianguo Road intersection of Binhe Street adopts a three-storey separated interchange.The Jianguo Road crosses the bridge with four lanes in two directions,the auxiliary road with two lanes in one direction and non-motorized lanes,and the ground auxiliary road is connected with Zhelimu Street and embankment road.Binhe Street underpass two-way four lanes,auxiliary road in the plane to achieve left-right turn,to widen the channelization design.The upper structure of the overpass bridge is a concrete continuous box girder structure,and the lower part is a double-column large cantilever structure.The reinforced concrete box culvert structure is used for the underpass tunnel.Cantilever thin-wall retaining wall is used in approach bridge and culvert open section.At the same time,the accessory facilities such as greening,barrier-free system and lighting monitoring are briefly described and designed.Finally,the microscopic traffic simulation of the study area shows that the improvement scheme greatly improves the traffic capacity of each road.Binhe Street and Jianguo Road separated the conflict points by interchange,and i mproved the operation efficiency of the intersection.
