Study On Landscape Optimization Of Residential Area Based On Perceptual

Economic globalization,the development of high and new technology and the operation mode of modern society are often accompanied by a lot of pressure.The negative impact is very serious for people living in urban space environment.In the busy urban life,modern people are faced with a lot of work,economic,and interpersonal pressure,which makes people's psychological state from time to time face the negative effects of tension,anxiety,panic and so on.Through contacting the beautiful residential landscape space environment,we can obtain the positive benefits,reduce the negative psychological state of people in daily life,improve the perception recovery state,relax their physiological state,explore the positive benefit feedback brought by the residential landscape space,and improve people's health state,which is the focus of our research One of the keys.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part puts forward the background and purpose of this paper.Its theoretical significance is to provide a theoretical basis for the construction of high perceptual restorative landscape in residential areas in China,and to provide practical guidance for the actual projects in residential areas.By analyzing the research results of related fields at home and abroad,this paper expounds the significance,methods and writing content of the research topic,puts forward the important significance of perceptual restorative landscape,and establishes the research framework.The second part analyzes the concepts related to perceptual recovery,such as attention recovery,perceptual recovery and stress relief.Through the analysis and Research on the spatial layout,spatial form and spatial elements of the residential area,the spatial characteristics of the residential area landscape are combed out.Then it analyzes the current situation of Xinghai Bay One residential area,including the general situation of residential area such as geographical location,climate conditions,current landscape scheme and existing problems of current landscape.In the third part,the collected landscape spatial feature images are classified according to spatial layout,spatial form and spatial elements as the samples of this experiment,and the questionnaire is designed according to perception recovery and self-assessment.Then,we make slide show media,through the standard experimental test procedures,to view the photos of different landscape spaces,and then test the reliability and validity of the experimental data,and investigate the basic situation and needs of the subjects;Finally,the impact of spatial features on perceptual recovery is analyzed,including the impact of spatial layout,spatial form and spatial elements on perceptual recovery.In the fourth part,according to the existing problems of Xinghai Bay One residential area and the conclusions of the experimental research on the impact of spatial characteristics on perception recovery,the optimization strategy of landscape space in Xinghai Bay One residential area is proposed from three aspects of spatial layout,spatial form and spatial elements.The specific content is to improve the characteristics of spatial layout,including the creation of attractive residential entrance,the creation of extensible landscape axis and the creation of compatibility center garden;to optimize the spatial morphology and texture,including improving the green viewing rate of leisure space,improving the SVF of garden road space and increasing the soft hard ratio of the space beside the house;to improve the quality of spatial elements,including increasing the richness of plant species,enhancing the tranquility of water landscape Reduce the complexity of pavement color and enhance the consistency of sketch environment.The significance of this paper can provide theoretical basis and design guidance for the promotion of ecological civilization city construction policy,as well as the development and construction of high perception and restorative functional landscape environment in urban residential areas.On the basis of this study,I hope that more and more scholars will continue to study the perception restoration landscape of residential areas in the future.
