Distribution network is an important link which is directly connected to the user in a power system.In the rapid information age of electric power industry,it is necessary to introduce the auxiliary decision system in the distribution network operation management and line modification decision and so on.But now in the process of the power grid structure optimization decision-making,it still stay in relying on the experience of the related staff to make decisions,which lacks the scientificity and rationality.And it is not only heavy workload but also slow speed,rely on manual operation assessment and decision-making,because the distribution network equipment is various and complex.So a fast convenient auxiliary decision-making tools using computer is needed for the power supply enterprise.After summarizing the existing achievement of the auxiliary decision system of distribution network,the distribution network frame structure is scientifically optimized based on the minimum spanning tree algorithm of graph theory in this paper,and developed the auxiliary decision system.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,the software is established using java EE software platform and B/S mode is adopted to build the system.The distribution network assessment management database based on oracle database is established and the detailed designing scheme is proposed,in consideration of various types of distribution network equipment and a great deal of equipment.Secondly,Planning and optimization of distribution network is settled by graph theory,which can solve the problems of no evidence and experience dependence decision.The weight graph of distribution network is established,using the construction cost in engineering practice as the line's weigh t.According to the optimization goal of the overall line construction cost minimization,the graph theory minimum spanning tree algorithm is adopted to obtain the optimal network framework within the distribution area.Meanwhile,the system established can automatically analyze the distribution network plan,summarizes the connection relationship and affiliation between devices from the line plan,and scientifically describes the distribution network extension data.Finally,based on the selected optimal distribution network architecture,the distribution network status is evaluated and a rule base divided into equipment rules and topology rules is proposed.Distribution network equipment is evaluated by using equipment rule base,and distribution network topology is evaluated by using topology rule base,which can evaluate the status of the distribution network and find out the existing problems in time.According to the evaluation results,the auxiliary decision-making scheme is provided for the construction and maintenance of distribution network.Some functions of the system have been tested and run successfully with the data provided by Wendeng District Power Supply Company,which proves the practicability and effectiveness of the designed system.
