Therefore, carrying out power system planning and optimization reasonably can not only obtain enormous social benefits and improve power system security, but also obtain enormous economic benefits. How to ensure the safety and reliability of the distribution network under the premise,as well as possible to develop the potential of the current distribution network,and departure from the long-term,holistic perspective,scientific and rational to optimize the planning of the distribution network,is the urgent problem of current power plan,therefore, power system planning and optimization is subjected to special concern in the world in recent years, and becomes the research hotspot in industry and academia .Distribution network reliability assessment is one of the important parts in power system. It is necessary to optimal switching device.Optimal switching device placement of distribution network configuration is one of the important parts in the distribution network planning.Optimal switching device placement is divided into planning optimization and operation optimization. This paper studies the planning optimization of the switching device.Study on how to achieve optimal economic to mee t the technical requirements under the premise.By making the objective function of the optimal switching device placement to the total electricity cost minimum(switch investment cost and user interruption cost) for the minimum.In this paper, the reliability and efficiency of the balance between the analysis, that the switch configuration of the optimal scheme is limited to in a smaller range can choose.On this basis, in power distribution system reliability probability index known condition, how to get the optimal allocation of switch made a thorough research on programmes.In this paper,ueing the Influence Diagrams decision theory under the GeNIe environment from the artificial intelligence laboratory of University of Pittsburgh,established Influence Diagrams decision theory model,In this environment running reasoning algorithm, the results can be obtained,compare results of different options,select the optimal solution.By an example,verify the correctness of optimal decision-making model and effectiveness. |
