During the research and development stage of areocraft,the telemetry syste m is used to gain the other systems' work status and environment parameters while going through the flight test in order to confirm the performance of missile and provide evidence for malfunction analysis.The great cost requests to make the most of the missile test to gain much more data.So it is up to the performance of telemetry system that affects the progress and cost of missile and rocket,as well as the improvement of weapon performance.Accompany with the development of technology,it is better to make the electronic equipments of missile weapon be integration,modularity,general utilization and miniaturization to meet the requirements of three-dimensional,informational and intelligent future war.Based on the test requirements of aircraft system,the integrated telemetry system based on modular combination is proposed in this paper.The whole telemetry system includes power module,analog acquisition module,digital acquisition module,program control module,carrier modulation module and power amplifier module.This paper introduces the design and working principle of each module,analog acquisition module uses high speed AD chip for real-time acquisition sensor,digital data acquisition module uses RS422 communication interface and other electr onic equipment in vehicle communication and receiving data,program control module for the collected analog and digital information in a predetermined format Working Group on frame and TPC encoding,modulation frequency modulation module of baseband data processed S band,finally transmits the signal through the power amplifier module.Each module uses high performance FPGA and M-LVDS architecture for high-speed communications.The experimental results show that the integration technology of flight telemetry system can be realized,and it is better than traditional telemetry system.
