Since the missile telemetry data contains a large amount of flight status information,reflecting the performance and various indexes of the equipment and containing a lot of classified information,this information needs to go through many links in the transmission process.In order to prevent the enemy form illegally acquiring this information,the missile telemetry data must be encrypted.In recent years,with the expansion of user objects and the diversification of telemetry data transmission forms,the characteristics of universal and reusable products are t he development trend of such products.The development of a general controller for telemetry data based on FPGA can realize the repeated batch production of missile telemetry data controller products,which has important application value.Based on the in-depth study of telemetry data controller,this paper propses a design scheme of universal telemetry data controller based on FPGA according to related functions and performation requirements.On the background of missile encryption and decryption technology research.The realization of universal encryption and decryption technology for telemetry data is studied.The FPGA is used to control the clock management chip.The input PCM code rate self-configured and sdjusted to realize the adaptability of variable code rate of missile-borne equipment.According to different code typer in the data link,the NRZ?S,M?RNRZ?L?Bi? and TPC are unified into NRZL.The mode of encoding and decoding;Referring to the working principle of PLL phase-locked loop,extract it according to the input PCM data,synchronous clock of PCM data to realize format identification of PCM data.And the identified PCM data is entered.Line format identification and extraction of subframe synchronization indication signal and subframe synchronization signal to encryption chip.ACTEL?s FLASH FPGA-A3P1000 was selected to complete the universal design of telemetry data,and the correctness of the existing hardware platform.The experimental test data show that the telemetry data universal controller designed in this paper can encrypt and decrypt the telemetry data at 10Kbps?10Mbps code rate and different subframes in the same way.This fully proves the superiority of the universal controller for telemetry data.
