The edge rolling technology of the robot for the automatic production line of the automobile opening and closing parts is studied in this paper.Robot edge banding is an efficient and flexible edge banding technology.Based on the understanding of the development history of edge banding technology at home and abroad,it is concluded that robot edge banding technology is the inevitable trend of the development of automatic production line of automobile door and closing parts.In this paper,according to the process of robot edge banding technology of front and rear engine room cover of automobile,through the motion simulation analysis of 3D data of edge banding tooling,the tool of edge banding flexible island is compiled According to the structure and stress of sheet metal parts,through the static mechanics analysis of the bending force range in the process of wrapping sheet metal parts,it is concluded that the bending coefficient K of sheet metal parts should be considered in the structural design of sheet metal parts,and the operation sequence of fixture greatly affects the production efficiency.The operation process is compiled and the pneumatic parts are formulated The main contents of this paper are as follows:Establish the digital model of the folding part of sheet metal,carry out the static analysis when bending,select the robot edge rolling process based on the bending results,compare with other edge wrapping process mechanisms to understand the advantages and disadvantages of robot edge wrapping process and process structure,apply the modern digital design and digital simulation technology,and use the three-dimensional design software CATIA to establish the digital model of the edge rolling process fixture it includes clamping mechanism,positioning mechanism,pressing plate mechanism,base plate mechanism and welding underframe mechanism,and selects materials according to the functions of each part of the edge rolling tooling,and compiles the process action flow of the edge binding fixture to maximize the efficiency and functional safety of the electrical circuit part through effective use specifications,and then in order to ensure that the edge rolling process does not produce According to the interference situation,aiming at the 3D digital analog design,the 3D simulation software PDPS is applied to carry out the motion analysis,verify the function rationality of the tooling design,plan the robot rolling path,intercept the on-site debugging TCP(calibration point)program,reduce the error between the digital model and the actual,produce a variety of binding failures in the process of debugging and production,aiming at various binding failures In addition,by checking the actual production situation of each part,finding out the problems,and drawing the method of finding the problems into a diagram,it can effectively guide the solution and improve the quality problems of the binding.The rolling process has been put into production in a certain model of FAW.After the above research steps and analysis,the production efficienof the binding can be effectively improved,and the whole cycle required by the design can be reduced,and the actual production can be improved It has a positive effect.
