| According to the international association of bearings,the failure rate of bearings due to the quality of the steel ball is up to 59%.At present,most bearing steel ball manufacturers at home and abroad use manual weighing method to count the finished steel ball.Counting steel balls by manual weighing method not only affects the accuracy of counting,but also fails to have the function of dimension recognition.In the long-term production process,people will fatigue due to long-term mechanical work,which seriously affects the production efficiency and causes additional economic losses to the enterprise.In particular,the phenomenon of ball mixing in the process of counting and packaging of steel balls will seriously affect the service life of bearings,and even bring serious accidents.In this paper,a steel ball accurate counting and dimension recognition system is developed for enterprises.The system USES CCD image recognition technology to accurately count and screen steel balls.Counting scheme using area of counting and image to dual number,is expected to predict the number of steel ball number plate as far as possible close to and less than or equal to the predetermined value of steel ball number required,after the ball into the accurate counting tray,to continue using CCD camera to accurate count,the number of accurate count and the reservation number with one ball differential compensation mechanism to compensate,steel ball booking number in order to achieve.At the same time,the image processing technology is also used to screen the mixed steel balls of other sizes.The whole counting and filtering process and image processing are automatically completed by computer control,and the control software adopts Visual Studio 2016 as the programming environment.The counting accuracy rate reaches 100%.The steel balls are required to be free from abrasion and violent collision during the counting and screening process.The steel ball automatic counting and dimension recognition system designed in this paper has been proved by prototype test to meet the above requirements.In this paper,through the design of the single ball compensation mechanism and the predicted number plate,the predicted number function of the steel ball is realized.The image processing methods of steel ball counting and dimension recognition are also discussed and analyzed.The feature detection and scan counting methods were used to count the steel balls,and the image edge detection and curve fitting methods were used to determine the steel ball core,so as to realize the mixed ball screening function.With the rapid integration of machinery manufacturing and electronics industry,the intelligent counting and dimension recognition system of steel ball arises at the right moment.The system replaces the traditional manual operation mode and realizes full automation of steel ball counting and dimension recognition.Replacing manual labor with mechanical products not only liberates the productive forces,but also greatly improves the production efficiency and economic benefits of steel ball production enterprises. |
