| Pump body-runner is the key friction pair in the runner-type distribution system of piston pump,and its lubrication performance has an important influence on the performance and life of the distribution system.In this paper,the friction pair is considered as a special sliding bearing and its lubrication performance is analyzed and studied.The following work has been mainly completed:1.Calculate the pump chamber flow field according to the preset pump bodyrunner position using Fluent software to get the external load of pump body-runner friction pair.Then calculate the position of pump body-runner in the flow field by Fortran language programming according to the lubrication theory,and relax the preset pump body-runner position until the preset value and calculated value converge to the accuracy.A quasi-steady-state lubrication analysis method for pump-runner friction pair was established by coupling Fluent software and Fortran programming lubrication calculation method.The influence of radius clearance and width-diameter ratio on the lubrication performance of pump-runner friction pair was discussed.2.According to the periodic time-varying characteristics of rotating speed,the pump-sleeve friction pair is analyzed with variable speed time-varying lubrication,and the periodic changes of lubrication characteristics parameters such as pressure field and film thickness field are obtained.The amplitude and frequency of entrainment speed are discussed respectively,and the influence of crank angular speed on lubrication performance is also discussed.Time-varying and quasi-steady-state solutions are compared,and quasi-stable solutions are pointed out.The substitution of state solutions for time-varying ones can lead to errors.3.According to the characteristics of periodic rotation of load direction of pump body-runner friction pair,the time-varying lubrication analysis of friction pair with variable load is carried out,and the periodic changes of lubrication characteristics parameters such as axis movement track are obtained.The influence of load rotating speed and load size as well as lubricant viscosity on the lubrication performance of pump body-runner friction pair is discussed. |
