| Reciprocating friction pairs are widely used in mechanical fields such as hydraulic cylinders,piston pumps,precision guide rails and internal combustion engines.How to improve their lubrication and anti-wear performance is one of the key research contents in mechanical industry.Surface texture is one of the important technical means to improve the lubrication and anti-wear performance of friction pairs.By optimizing the surface texture parameters,the comprehensive lubrication and friction performance of friction pairs can be effectively improved.Therefore,in this paper,the lubrication and anti-wear properties of textured reciprocating friction pairs are studied theoretically and experimentally.(1)Based on Reynolds equation and N-S equation,the hydrodynamic lubrication model of texture unit of reciprocating friction pair is established,and the hydrodynamic lubrication mechanism of textured reciprocating friction pair is explored.The lubrication model based on Reynolds equation is solved by MATLAB,and the hydrodynamic lubrication effect of texture is verified.The cavitation mechanism of texture and the applicable scope of lubrication model based on Reynolds equation is discussed,and the bearing characteristics of three texture unit models with different morphologies are solved.The results show that the introduction of texture can obviously improve the bearing characteristics of reciprocating friction pairs.(2)The lubrication models of textured reciprocating friction pairs with different shapes and arrangements are established,and the independence of the mesh is verified.The lubrication and load-bearing characteristics of spherical crown,cylinder,diamond,square,regular(reverse)triangle and regular and staggered arrangements are studied,and the pressure distribution nephogram,load-bearing curve and friction coefficient curve are obtained.On the basis of the above,the influence of Reynolds number,area ratio and aspect ratio parameters on the lubrication and anti-friction performance of textured sliding friction pairs is further explored.The results show that the friction performance of textured units with regular arrangement is better than that of textured units with staggered arrangement,and diamond-shaped and spherical crown-shaped textured units have better anti-friction performance.(3)Based on the optimization of texture characteristic parameters and arrangement forms,the dynamic pressure lubrication model of reciprocating friction pairs with partial textures is established,and the formation mechanism of dynamic pressure lubrication of partial textures is studied.The influence of partial textures on pressure distribution and load-bearing performance in three distribution positions of inlet area,middle area and two end areas is explored,and the characteristic parameters of partial textures were optimized.The results showed that the dynamic pressure lubrication effect of lubricating medium along the flow direction with partial textures in the inlet area could be effectively improved,so it had the best tribological characteristics.(4)We carried out an exploratory test on the friction and wear of textured reciprocating friction substrate to study the influence of the texture geometric parameters,operating conditions and features of the distribution on the lubrication and wear reduction characteristics of the reciprocating friction pairs,and the friction coefficient curves under different parameters are obtained.The antifriction and antiwear mechanisms of textured reciprocating friction pairs were summarized.The results show that the introduction of surface texture is helpful to improve the abrasive wear and adhesive wear of the friction pair,and the proper partial texture is more helpful to improve the friction performance of the specimen surface than the full texture.The experimental results are basically consistent with the theoretical analysis.Figure[54] Table[6] Reference[81]... |
