Research On Interior Space Diversity Design Of Terminal Based On Passenger Experience

As the main building of the airport,the terminal is the first and last stop for passengers to travel by plane.Nowadays,passenger's mental orientation of the terminal is not only a traffic building that simply meeting basic functions,space experience in the terminal is paid more attention.With the increase of passenger traffic,the scale of the terminal building is increasing,which directly leads to problems such as large spatial scales and long walking distances.Space diversity design is needed to form a moderate change of space,to alleviate the fatigue,anxiety,discomfort and other feelings that passengers may have in the tedious and long process in the terminal.Based on the basic situation of domestic terminals at this stage,this article takes the main public space inside large terminals as the research object,and starts from the needs and feelings of passengers,and uses space diversity design to create diverse and enrich environment spaces,enhance the fun,recognition and comfort of the space,and improve the travel experience of passengers.The article first conducts basic research on the terminal building design and the internal space design of the terminal,and analyzes the research scope,performance,necessity,and influencing factors of the internal space diversity of the terminal.Then,through theoretical research,the types and behaviors of passengers in the terminal,the factors affecting the passenger experience,and the psychological changes of passengers are analyzed.It also investigates the internal space status of domestic and foreign terminal buildings,analyzes some problems in the internal space design of China's terminal buildings,and conducts field investigations and research analysis of key cases.The analysis of the space experience provided by this paper provides ideas and case support for the later strategy.Finally,combining the factors affecting the passenger experience,it is proposed that the interior space diversity design of the terminal should follow the principles of convenience,recognition,comfort and enjoyment,and from the streamline organization,spatial scale,spatial form,spatial interface,and spatial sequence sense,spatial landscape,function and facilities,the design strategy for the diversity of the interior space of the terminal is proposed to improve the passenger experience.
