The petal steel structure project of haihuadao International Conference Center belongs to the steel structure of architectural art,which has a unique peony shape.It is mainly composed of 600 mm to 1400 mm special-shaped circular tubes with a maximum wall thickness of 80 mm and a total steel consumption of more than 10000 tons.The design highlights the shape design of petals.The overall structural form is novel and the structure is complex,which leads to deep design and large diameter The difficulty of processing and construction of thick wall circular pipe penetration and bend increases geometrically.Aiming at a series of key points and problems encountered in the process of project implementation,this paper summarizes a series of complete key construction technologies of this kind of structure through analysis and practice.On the basis of extensive reading of the relevant literature of special-shaped steel structure,this paper summarizes the application and research status at home and abroad;for large-diameter thick wall special-shaped steel structure,through the integration of rhino,AutoCAD and Tekla structures software,give full play to their respective advantages,and carry out the secondary in-depth design of the corresponding steel structure,so as to make the assembly drawings and construction drawings of structural members more clear and accurate Indeed,the speed and accuracy of processing,assembly and installation are effectively improved,the error rate is greatly reduced,and the construction cost is saved.Aiming at the problems of large diameter and thick wall of most structural members,the corresponding technological process is improved;the intersecting line pre cutting is realized by the method of shallow marking or intermittent cutting in the numerical control processing stage of steel plate,and the intersecting line cutting of large diameter thick wall elbow is finally solved.Based on the experimental study of bending forming of various pipe diameters,the principle and working method of hot bending forming and the influence mechanism of hot bending forming on raw materials are summarized.Through the test,the dividing points of cold bending and hot bending forming are analyzed for different diameter,wall thickness and curvature,and the construction technology of large-diameter thick wall steel pipe with large curvature bending forming is summarized,which provides guidance for the bending processing of similar components.In order to solve the problem of component detection and assembly of petal steel structure,the 3D scanning technology is applied to the component digital scanning,and the component processing deviation is analyzed,so as to ensure the accuracy of field assembly and installation,improve the construction efficiency,reduce the construction cost,and accumulate experience for multi component scanning technology used in factory pre assembly.
