The flange workpiece is a kind of coupling used for openings.When the processing process has a tight connection and requires certain rigidity,flanges are generally used to place the orifice instead of the entrance of the orifice to reduce the hole at the workpiece hole.Wear on the edges reduces squeezing forces and increases part life.Traditional machining of workpiece requires multiple procedures,which are cumbersome.At the same time,the size of the punching flanging hole is restricted by the thickness of the workpiece,and defects such as cracking are prone to occur at the edge of the flanging during processing.Uniform wall thick flange flanging is a new type of flange flanging process.This process has the characteristics of saving materials,saving procedures,high production efficiency,At the same time,the process is free of chips and coolant during processing,and the process is safe and green Environmental protection.Due to recrystallization and grain refinement at the flanging deformation during processing,thermoplastic flanging parts have better mechanical properties and better comprehensive mechanical properties.The main research contents of this article are as follows:A rigid-plastic model is Established for uniform wall thickness flange flanging,exploring the heat distribution law during the flanging process,constructing the constitutive equation of the flanging material based on the Perzyra overstress model,and analyzing the change law of the material in the flanging area during the uniform wall thickness flanging,Solve the friction coefficient formula,and set the heat transfer boundary conditions required for simulation analysis.Theoretical analysis of the force field and temperature field of the flange deformation area during the flange flanging process with uniform wall thickness was established.A theoretical model of the force field and temperature field of the flange flanging process with uniform wall thickness is established.The thermal model was solved,and the DEFORM-3D software was used to simulate the flanging process of the uniform wall thick flange.The point tracking method was used to analyze the temperature field change law of the flanging deformation area,the processing parameters were improved,the uniform wall thick flange flanging test was designed,and the shape of the flanging deformation area was tested to verify the simulation results.A theoretical model of recrystallization during the plastic change of the flange deformation area with uniform wall thickness was established.DEFORM-3D software was used to explore the grain change law of the flange deformation area,and the boundary conditions for the refinement of the grain structure in the flange deformation area were obtained.Experimental verification shows the accuracy of the simulation analysis.This article is guiding significance in the actual processing of the uniform wall thick flange flanging hot forming.
