| Supports and hangers are an important part of the construction and installation industry.Aluminum alloy supports and hangers have been gradually applied in water supply and drainage,heating,electrical,communication,ventilation and other facilities because of its light material,anti-corrosion,easy forming,high residual value recovery and other advantages.At present,most aluminum alloy supports and hangers are mainly cantilever type,and the product quality on the market is uneven,and the mechanical research is less.In this paper,a new type of aluminum alloy material suitable for aluminum alloy channel tooth forming is proposed,and through the numerical analysis method,the whole,components and connectors of the new type of supports and hangers are studied,and the corresponding optimization form of each component is proposed.First of all,the material property test of new aluminum alloy material is completed.The material property test of two kinds of profiles with wall thickness is carried out.The process of material property test is introduced in detail.The test data is processed and compared with Ramberg-Osgood model.The applicability of simplified constitutive model is discussed.Then the finite element program ABAQUS is used to simulate all the tests,considering the geometrical nonlinearity and material nonlinearity,and the initial geometrical defects of the specimen.On this basis,through the reasonable simplification of the model,a large number of finite element parameter analysis was carried out on the connection performance of each component and component of aluminum alloy support and hanger,including plate thickness,tooth size,stiffening angle and other variables,and the failure mode and stable bearing capacity under different stress conditions were compared.On the basis of calculation and analysis,the advantages and disadvantages of steel aluminum alloy supports and hangers and aluminum alloy supports and hangers in stress,service life,reliability,installation efficiency and economic benefits are compared and analyzed.The results show that the aluminum alloy supports and hangers have superior performance in all aspects mentioned above,which is a new choice in line with the market demand. |
