| Large engineering all contain complex pipe system,the pipe supports and hangers which is an important part of electromechanical engineering,mainly divided into bearing supports and hangers and seismic supports and hangers,which can effectively protect the pipeline facilities from being damaged.But how to design the pipe supports and hangers correctly and reasonably,there are still many problems in the practical engineering.the construction and stress checking mainly done by manual work,low degree of automation,serious waste of materials,poor precision of engineering design,often become the burden of engineering design.Nowadays,the emergence of BIM technology promotes the development of the construction field,and its visualization,coordination,parameterization and other characteristics provide a new effective way for the design of pipe supports and hangers.By analyzing the characteristics of pipe supports and hangers and BIM technology,this paper takes Revit as a platform to describe the secondary development process and tools.By establishing parameterized models of different types of pipeline supports and hangers in water,electricity and wind fields,take.NET Framework4.5 as the framework,C# language as the tool,analyzed the object structure of Revit API,discussed the overall design scheme of the system,and developed an integrated Revit platform according to the application technology summary of bearing supports and hangers and seismic supports and hangers.The system can be used for automatic layout,intelligent check and lightweight export of pipe supports and hangers in electromechanical engineerin engineering.The system can automatically adjust the layout direction of supports and hangers by constructing Element Id and other objects and using recursive method to identify the curve coordinates of pipelines,so as to complete the automatic standardized layout of various types of seismic supports and hangers.In this paper,by exploring the extraction method of parametric model data information and the interaction between the force system of pipeline support and hanger and Revit,the self-defined function is called to realize the automatic force check of key nodes.Using IExport Context interface function,define new class Export Obj,discuss the method of model lightweight implementation.The research results of this paper are applied to practical engineering projects,and the design scheme is automatically generated in the way of 3D visualization,which provides technical support for the design of seismic supports and hangers in complex pipeline system and provides a direction for promoting the intelligent design of electromechanical engineering.The research results have strong reference value. |
