Concerned that the construction of ecological civilization is a key step in the sustainable development of the mining industry,we have long lacked sufficient research and understanding on the regularity of the development of scenic spots,it is difficult to grasp the time sequence and the objective effect of the construction of the scenic resort.There are few cases of research and design on the overall and systematic regeneration of the mine Brownfield at home and abroad.And the mine area has the distinct and unique landscape space characteristic,fully excavates and utilizes its economic value and the cultural connotation,carries on the overall,the systematic regeneration planning research to the Mine Brownfield,causes the mine mining,the restoration,the development to proceed synchronously,to further realize the scientific mining and transformation and upgrading of mines,to achieve resource extraction and environmental protection of a win-win situation.The paper explores the theory of Brown Land Restoration and Utilization Planning in the view of landscape design to realize the industrial upgrading and sustainable development of the mining area and its city.To this end,the study integrated multi-factor evaluation and analysis,the use of GIS in the survey of resources during the database,with the help of its powerful storage and calculation functions,to further achieve the desired integrity and system.Then,the development driving force of the site in different time periods is evaluated by the method related to the time series design.The time series evaluation index system,model and method of mining and exploitation in open-pit quarrying are discussed from time dimension.According to the three stages of short-term development,medium-term development and long-term development,the regeneration of the system is determinedby time sequence.A preliminary evaluation system is established for the elastic mining and development sequence of the same type of opencast quarries.To explore the theory of Brown land restoration and Reutilization planning in the view of landscape design,to realize the synchronous progress of green mining,development and restoration,and to further realize the industrial upgrading,transformation and sustainable development of the mining area and the city where it is located,the secondary sector of the economy will lead the tertiary sector of the economy to make new contributions to the scientific mining,transformation and upgrading of mines,so as to better adapt to the new normal of China's economy.
