Study On The Evolution Of Residential Space In Hancheng Under The Background Of Urban Space Replacement

The main function of a city is to live,and living space is one of the basic components of urban space.In the process of urban development,the living space will also expand.Conversely,with the expansion of living space,the urban space will also change accordingly.The reasonable arrangement of living space can improve the living environment,living quality and working convenience of residents.Based on Hancheng city downtown living space as the research object,through the analysis of Hancheng city under the background of the urban space change,studies the evolution of the Hancheng city living,using satellite imaging technology and the GIS software,the characteristics and the development of residential land expanded scale to evaluate research,on the basis of proposed residential land development problems and optimize the layout of measures.First of all,the first chapter briefly introduces the basic work of this thesis.Through the research summary at home and abroad,it discusses the urban space expansion and the evolution process of urban living space at home and abroad.The second chapter defines the meaning of urban replacement in this paper and studies the relevant basic theories and the analysis framework of residential space evolution.The third chapter studies the spatial turnover of the downtown area of Hancheng by means of remote sensing images,planning texts over the years,and on-the-spot investigation.From the urban space extension,internal renewal and urban space industry replacement three aspects to study.The fourth chapter studies the temporal and spatial characteristics,spatial forms and spatial expansion modes of Hancheng urban residential space evolution through GIS operating platform,and studies the influence of these three parties on the quantity,scale and distribution of residential space from three aspects of urban space extension,internal renewal and urban space industry replacement.Discuss the problems existing in the development of living space.The fifth chapter discusses the influencing factors of urban residential space and analyzes the development trend of various influencing factors and their influences on residential space in Hancheng.The sixth chapter puts forward the living space optimization promotion strategy.The seventh chapter finally summarizes the conclusions and shortcomings of the study.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)the research on urban space replacement in downtown Hancheng includes space expansion,space renewal and industrial succession.In the urban space expansion part,the urban expansion speed of Hancheng was relatively slow from 2000 to 2005,the urban construction of Hancheng was gradually accelerated from 2005 to 2013,and the urban expansion speed of Hancheng was rapid and developed rapidly from 2013 to 2018.In the research on the inner renewal of urban space,the overall trend of industrial space in the urban center is to move from the city center to the city periphery,with residential land occupying the original industrial land and large-scale residential space demolition in the east side of the old city to be transformed into commercial and public service space.There are few industries in the central urban area of Hancheng.From 2000 to 2013,the layout was scattered.After 2013,the industries gradually concentrated in the northern part of the city,new industrial zone and Xiangshan area.(2)From 2000 to 2018,urban residential space in South Hancheng has been growing rapidly.Hancheng residential space overall layout is relatively loose.High density areas are mainly distributed in the west and south of the new city.In addition to these two high-density areas,there are many mediumdensity living space distributed in all directions of Hancheng City,stretching into a piece.The proportion of living space increases slowly at first and then decreases with the increase of distance.(3)The renewal of space brings about the transformation of space function,which further affects the surrounding living space and further affects the differentiation of living space.Residents who pay more attention to high-quality public service resources tend to choose new urban housing with abundant public service resources.The renewal of old residential areas into new residential areas will attract residents who pay more attention to the internal environment and management of the residential areas.Residents who pay more attention to the convenient shopping environment such as the commercial center will be more likely to gather in the surrounding area after the urban space is replaced by the commercial facility space.
