Study On Identification And Value Of The Heritage In Hui District Of Xi'an Ming City From The Perspective Of Built Heritage

The built heritage in the historical area of the city has gone through a long period of development and accumulation and formed a spatial form and spiritual connotation with unique cultural significance.With the gradual deepening of the concept of heritage protection,the context of the built heritage has received unprecedented attention.People began to shift the focus of heritage protection from the preservation of noumenon to the protection of noumenon and environment,from the appreciation of "elitist" heritage to the attention of "general" heritage,from the elaboration of specific value to the excavation of comprehensive value.With the rapid urbanization and rapid social development,although China's work of heritage conservation has achieved rich results,the urban historical area is still facing the dilemma of over-development and lost features.Under the single and static protection concept and means,the historical remains,together with the large-scale and rough area renewal,have resulted in the continuous decline of the spatial quality of the historical area,the homogeneity of the area features,and the repeated destruction of the historical remains.These increasingly serious phenomena make people realize that the traditional cultural heritage protection concept has been unable to adapt to the current context of the coexistence and co-prosperity of the heritage protection and the city.Nowadays urban development from the traditional incremental expansion began to urban built environment in the field of quality improvement,especially for the city's historic district,optimize and improve the living environment space,mining,and inheriting culture,so the historical culture protection and coordinate coexistence of social and economic development has become the new demands of current urban development and heritage protection.With a long and profound historical culture and a great opportunity for urban development,xi 'an is faced with the important mission of enhancing the spatial vitality of the historical area and extending the cultural context.Located in the historical and cultural district of Beyuanmen,the Hui district is a special and typical ethnic settlement area in the Ming city and even the whole city of xi 'an.As an important historical area of inner city,it not only has profound historical accumulation,but also is the place where the contradiction between protection and development is prominent.Up to now,the Hui district are still well-preserved spatial characteristics,which are completely different from other areas of the city,presenting a status of interwaving and superimposing the history and the present,the heritage and the life.Firstly,this study sorted out and summarized the concept and connotation of built heritage,tries to clarify and integrate a framework for heritage identification and value recognition of historical area from the perspective of built heritage theory,and took the Hui district in the Ming city of xi 'an as the research object,sorted out the historical context and dimensional development of the Hui district,and objectively described the status quo of its social life and material environment.Then,it identified the built heritage in the Hui district,classified and analyzed the elements and characteristics of the built heritage,and presented the contents of its spatial distribution,form and life characteristics,revealing the contradiction between heritage protection and development of the historical area.Then it explores the path and method of urban built heritage identification that conforms to the history and the present,as well as the symbiosis between protection and development,and it also predicts the future of urban built heritage protection and the development of the area development,so as to provide basic data and new ideas for the built heritage protection,space construction development and environmental quality improvement.
