| With the development of the city,the urban space is constantly evolving to threedimensional,and the development of underground commercial space is becoming more and more common.In order to break the limitation of the closure of its innate physical environment and eliminate the estrangement of the public space above ground and underground,the sunken commercial street arises at the historic moment.However,the special spatial form of sunken commercial street and its adverse effects on the psychological behavior of users,such as loss of sense of orientation,inconvenience of vertical access,etc.,also bring serious accessibility problems to it.Furthermore,it affects the commercial efficiency,which is the most essential requirement of commercial space.For the famous historical and cultural city of Xi’an,with the economic development and urban expansion,there is less and less land that can be built in the central business district.At the same time,due to the protection of the surface urban landscape and the context of the ancient city,and the rapid expansion of rail transit lines,it has become an irresistible trend for the development direction of commercial space to be underground.At the beginning of the design of the existing sunken commercial street in Xi’an is mostly as an accessory to the underground space,the extensive space design leads to its high traffic resistance,low efficiency and poor experience,so it is difficult to form a sustained attraction to the passenger flow.In view of the above accessibility problems,the current solutions are mostly focused on increasing signs and improving barrier-free facilities,and there is a lack of special research to fundamentally improve the accessibility of sunken shopping malls from the level of spatial design.Therefore,based on the humanized perspective,this paper analyzes the spatial conditions of Xi’an sunken commercial street and the psychological and behavioral characteristics of users,and puts forward the accessibility optimization strategy of Xi’an sunken commercial street.The main content of this study consists of four parts.(1)This paper analyzes the general situation of the space of the sunken commercial street and sorts out the four stages in which people enter its purpose space through the sunken commercial street.This paper analyzes the factors affecting the accessibility of sunken commercial street,"the demand and ability of the subject","the attraction of the object" and "the space condition of the media",and puts forward that it should be evaluated from three aspects: "visual accessibility","behavioral accessibility" and "psychological accessibility".(Chapter 3)(2)Based on the above basic analysis,this paper makes an on-the-spot investigation of Xi’an sunken commercial street,through a comprehensive analysis of its spatial status,the traffic situation of users and its accessibility investigation and feedback.It is found that the space conditions affect the traffic efficiency and feeling of users,and the key factors restricting the accessibility of Xi’an sunken commercial street are put forward.(Chapter 4)(3)Combined with the results of field investigation and the previous basic theory,this paper puts forward the optimization ideas and principles to improve accessibility,pointing out the direction for the specific strategy.(Chapter 5)(4)Based on the previous analysis and research,this paper puts forward a general optimization strategy to improve the accessibility of Xi’an sunken commercial street,and puts forward the key points for classification of "traffic and leisure type","catering and entertainment type" and "shopping and retail type" sunken commercial street.It is expected that the research results are more targeted and feasible.(Chapter 6)The main conclusions of this study are as follows: based on theoretical research and field research,four optimization principles are put forward-the principle of humanization,the principle of relevance between ground and underground,the principle of transition of transformation space,and the principle of flexibility of functional layout.On this basis,specific optimization strategies are put forward from three levels.(1)Traffic system optimization strategies to improve behavioral accessibility: optimize feeder traffic to efficiently buffer the flow of people;optimize vertical traffic to reduce the main traffic resistance;optimize horizontal traffic to optimize traffic order.(2)Spatial shape optimization strategy to improve visual accessibility: combined with the characteristics of sinking space,the use of landscape elements to enhance identifiability,strengthen visual guidance;improve the enclosed interface and space division to enhance permeability and openness.(3)The optimization strategy of landscape atmosphere to improve psychological accessibility: through the adjustment of the scale to weaken the feeling of narrow and repressed space in the subsidence space;combine the natural elements with the space interface to enhance the sense of nature on the premise of reducing the space occupation as much as possible;finally,it is proposed to make use of spatial height difference and encirclement to present characteristic themes and activities to stimulate the attraction to passenger flow. |
