Studies On Residential Commercial Distribution And Space Form In Perspective Of Street And Road

Under the background of advocating "Small Blocks,Dense Road Network" residential,the residents’ consumption conception changing and residential street life depression day by day in China,this article is study on residential commercial layout and form from the point of view of street and road,street focus on the place function,road focus on the traffic function.Trying to provide more accurate basis for residential commercial planning and suggestions to improve the residential street place environment in the important residential development period.First of all,through the literature research and field survey combed the residential concept and classification of business and the streets,sums up three influence elements of residential commercial layout: economics element,traffic element and place element.On the basis of this puts forward the "street" and "road" affect residential commercial layout and form of three elements: road hierarchy,road accessibility,streets quality,sort out the related research variables and equations.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical research and teased Tianjin residential development situation,five representative settlements in Tianjin were chosen depending on the location and the time of construction,Tian Tuo Nan settlement and Chuan Fu Xin Cun settlement is the structure of " Residential Area—Apartment Block ",Hua Yuan settlement is the structure of " Residential Area—District—Residential Group ",Xin Wen Hua Hua Yuan settlement is the structure of "Small Blocks,Dense Road Network".Finally,doing statistical analysis of land use and residential commercial function and space layout of samples.Then combined commercial operations,population flow conditions and quantitative analysis method such as Geohey,Depthmap and walking score,made the comparison between the present situation of residential commercial layout,summarized influence residential commercial characteristics and regularity of layout and form.Giving suggestions of commercial layout and form design from the point of view of street and road.
