In recent years,China's development momentum in the construction industry has grown by leaps and bounds.In order to adapt to the rapid development of infrastructure,the development direction of "building industrialization" came into being.Prefabricated slabs and column members in prefabricated buildings are commonly used in the domestic construction industry,but prefabricated foundations are used less often.China's vast territory,harsh climate and traffic conditions in the desert and other areas,difficult on-site wet operations,and difficult access to the site,prefabricated basic research in the desert area is particularly important.This article takes an independent foundation in the desert area as a case.Based on this,an assembled independent foundation is designed.The basic block design,prefabricated component connection design,and theoretical calculations are simulated.The ABAQUS software is used to simulate and analyze its mechanical performance.The results are as follows:(1)Based on an independent foundation in the desert area,the prefabricated components are designed in blocks based on the foundation's mechanical characteristics.The specifications of the prefabricated components are researched based on the production,transportation,and construction factors of the components,and the initial dimensions of the prefabricated components are obtained.(2)Study the connection methods between prefabricated components.According to the mechanical characteristics and construction advantages,prestress is selected as the connection mode of the members.Detailed on-site construction plan for prestressed connections.Calculate the prestressed single set of tensile control stress,calculate the required maximum friction between the foundation contact surfaces,obtain the prestressed tendon configuration,and check the local concrete pressure generated by the anchorage.(3)Use ABAQUS software to establish the foundation model,and apply the most unfavorable load combination in the working conditions on the top of the foundation to obtain the material stress and vertical displacement of the assembled foundation.The analysis results show that the stress of each material such as concrete,reinforced mesh and prestressed tendons are within the strength range of the material.The maximum vertical displacement of the foundation and the relative displacement of the module are within the requirements of the specification,and the foundation can be used normally.(4)Research on the destruction of the foundation.When the external force load on the top of the foundation is increased to 1350 k N · m,the concrete stress exceeds the material strength limit,and it is concluded that concrete failure is a key factor for prefabricated foundations.(5)Draw the conclusion that the designed prefabricated foundation is safe and applicable,and look forward to the research direction of the foundation transformation form applied to other buildings.
