Metro construction is mostly located in busy and densely populated urban areas.The complexity and uncertainty of geological structure,construction environment and underground buildings increase the difficulty of construction,which leads to the difficulty of control and management of metro construction progress;At the same time,the metro construction needs a large number of resources such as people,materials,machinery,investment is also difficult to control.In view of the current metro construction progress and investment problems,this article from the perspective of investors,take metro shield tunnel as the research object,and establish the intelligent control management model of the construction progress and investment of metro interval shield,and applied to the construction of Chengdu metro progress and investment control management,to effectively improve the economic and social benefits of metro construction investment to provide decision support and suggestions.This paper took the shield tunneling construction of XX?XX section of chengdu metro line XX as the research object.through consulted the literature and consulting the technical director of shield construction of metro construction project,analyzed and excavated the influencing factors of construction progress and investment of shield construction of metro section.Then,based on the analysis of the progress and investment factors,the completed metro project cases were collected,analyzed and sorted out,and after the adjustment of the region and time,the basic database of metro interval shield construction progress and investment information was established,to provide support for the prediction of schedule and investment target,and based on the historical data to establish the subway shield construction schedule and investment reasons and countermeasures database.Then,the construction schedule and investment intelligent control model of subway shield tunnel were established.Based on case,rough set was used to reduce the influencing factors in case base,Based on the important influencing factors after reduction,the PSO clustering analysis intelligence was used to select engineering cases with high similarity with the interval of XX?XX station,and the BP neural network was used for intelligent prediction of progress and investment target.To predict the progress and investment objectives as the basis,in the process of construction,according to the actual construction situation,determine the control cycle,collected actual construction data in each control cycle,and targeted contrast analysis,if there was deviation,timely found reasons for countermeasures,the strategy in the next cycle control cycle,in this period continued to collect data and compared with the target analysis,carried on the PDCA cycle control,until the actual progress and the investment in the controllable range.Finally,developped the metro construction schedule and invest in the computer intelligent control software system.The system could predict the progress and investment target intelligently,and compared and analyzed the actual data of progress and investment in the construction process with the prediction target,so as to realize the goals of automatic early warning and intelligent decision.
