The Study On Schedule Control Of Interval From Expo Center Station To The Old Village Station Shield Project In Wuhan Metro

Project schedule management is an important part of project. It’s the important factor which determines the success of project, and directly affects the economic and social benefit of enterprise. Subway shield construction is the new method but not be unfolding in recent years. The schedule control is worth to analysis and research in-depth for project manager.This paper begins with a brief introduction to the research background and significance of metro shield project schedule control, elaborates related domestic and foreign literatures on schedule control of metro shield project, research contents, ideas and methods. Next, this paper introduces the basic theory and methods of the metro shield project schedule control in detail, then summarizes and analyzes the key factors that affect the project schedule combining with the subway shield project and engineering characteristics. In the light of the appeared schedule deviation and how to reduce or avoid the schedule deviation, the author puts forward some exploratory ideas of metro shield engineering schedule control. At last, through the analysis and comparison of various control measures, the paper studies the practicality and the possibility of various management means.The case analysis chapter mainly takes Wuhan Metro International Expo Center Station-Lao Guan Cun station (hereinafter referred to as the "Lao-Bo") shield tunnel project as an example. At the point of view of the project construction schedule management, planning technology, such as the Gantt chart, are used to make the progress plan scientifically and reasonably. Through planning, field implementation, information collecting and deviation analysis, the paper studies the project schedule management process and discusses the preparation process of the project schedule plan and the main measures of the progress control, and summarizes the existing problems in the schedule management. It also determines the impact on the progress of all kinds of reasons. Finally it puts forward the solution to the problems in management of actual item and the effect is evaluated and summarized at the same time.Based on analyzing the actual project applications of Old-Po shield interval, it summarizes all kinds of progress control after implementation for the influence of the construction schedule. Especially it puts forward the double hole of shield construction successively rectifying methods and measures in the progress control, which gives the conclusion of research and analysis. And it also puts forward the main research direction in the future, that the writer hopes to be able to work better in flexible use of various control methods and measures.
