As the main source of data and information,measuring instruments play an important role in the process of social development.Nowadays,a variety of intelligent and digital measuring instruments are more and more.Concurrently,when people collect and measure the data,they often need to collect and monitor the different measurements,which are in differents locations,at the same time.However,the distributed multi-functional measurement system can break through the time and space barriers to achieve the requirements of collecting different measurement data from different places at the same time.The system is mainly composed of four parts: acquisition terminal,management center,server and remote query terminal.The collection terminals,distributed in different places,can collect and process data independently,and communicate with the management center through the controller area network(CAN).The management center displays the data of different acquisition terminals in real time,and stores the data in the local database.At the same time,the management center sends the data to the server through TCP / IP protocol,and the server can stores and forwards the data.The remote query terminal can query the data remotely by connecting to the server.The acquisition terminal uses STM32F303 mixed signal MCU with Cortex-M4 architecture as the main control chip.The peripheral modules include measurement module,range automatic switching module,storage module and CAN communication module.The measurement module converts different electrical parameters into DC voltage signals which can be identified by single chip microcomputer.MCU,which realizes voltage amplification and AD acquisition,filters data through software to obtain stable data for display and CAN-bus transmission.The collection terminals,distributed in different places,have the functions of measurement function switching,automatic range switching,data storage and data transmission.The management center,server and remote query terminal are all designed based on Winform desktop software.The management center can display the data of different collection terminals in real time,and complete the collection and monitoring of different electric parameters in different places.By querying the local database,it can also query the historical data and display the graphical interface.At the same time,the management center,the server and the remote query terminal communicate with each other through the TCP / IP protocol,which realizes the remote data sending and receiving,and enriches the method of getting data.The system test results show that the acquisition terminal realizes the functions of electric parameter conversion,independent acquisition,data processing and data transmission.The management center and remote query terminal work normally,and realize the functions of data communication,data query and graphical interface display.The requirements and functions of the distributed multi-functional measurement system are basically realized,and the expected goal is achieved.
