GPS devices are commonly used in People’s Daily life and work of auxiliary equipment.Theoperating conditions of a GPS will affect our judgment of the current position.If the receiveddata is beautiful and real-time manifest on the device screen, there is no doubt that we can makethe shine at the moment.In addition,the preservation of GPS historical data are necessary,because doing so can help users track back, with interest.Real-time display of GPS data andtiming GPS data storage is the main content of this thesis.The introduction part mainly introduces some commonly used embedded GUI system,andContrast the different characteristics between them, as well as the applicable occasions.The second chapter mainly introduces the hardware structure and functions of variousmodules of the system.System main chip adopts ARM STM32microprocessor based onarchitecture Cortex-m3kernel.In this paper, the hardware system mainly includes power supply,clock, display, storage, key presses and other peripheral circuits.The2.4-inch320*240resolution display for displaying module.It is compact, compared with the monochrome LCDdisplay, and can show more clearly.System uses pluggable SD card as the storagedevice,Compared with the traditional memory chips, the use of SD card is more flexible.The third chapter designes the GPS data display interface based on μC/GUI.GPS datadisplay and polishing needs a stable running and supports a wide range of graphical interfacesystem.μC/GUI is a kind of embedded application of graphics support system.It provides agraphical user interface independent of the processor and the LCD controller for theapplication that Any use of LCD.This article uses the color LCD screen display ILI9320,cooperate with μC/GUI for display.we can use μC/GUI itself with the character customization,color grayscale display unique properties, such as GPS data display effect can be greatlyimproved.The fourth chapter implements FATFS file system on the STM32transplantation andprogramming.Based on the SD card transplantation FatFS file system method to realize the preservation of the GPS data.The file is saved as a Microsoft TXT format.Later,the TXT file canbe changed to Microsoft XLS format file.Written by Delphi conversion software can makethe.xls files into KML file.The Google Earth software will identify the KML file,and by latitudeand longitude,we can map the historical trajectory easily.The fifth chapter is summary and outlook.With higher-end arm9-based platform ofembedded Linux system, we find out the deficiency and improvement of place, and set the stagefor later work.
