Research On Profit Quality Analysis And Improvement Strategy Of Gan-Yue Expressway

The total length of highways in my country is constantly expanding,which plays an important role in national economic and social development.On the one hand,the state has introduced numerous toll reduction and exemption policies,to a certain extent,reducing the toll income of highways.On the other hand,the debt balance of highways is increasing year by year,and there is a serious gap in revenue and expenditure.National highways are facing severe debt repayment pressures.The above results in increasing financial pressure in my country,and it is difficult for the expressway to achieve good self-sustainable development,and improving the profitability of expressway companies has become a "survival drive." Gan-Yue Expressway is the only listed highway company in Jiangxi Province so far.Its800-kilometer highways are distributed on important sections of the highway network in Jiangxi Province.And national transportation and economic development play an important role.Studying the profitability of Gan-Yue Expressway,exploring the problems and causes of its profitability,and proposing a practical strategy for improving the profitability of Gan-Yue Expressway have certain practical significance for the sustainable development of Gan-Yue Expressway.The main contents of this paper are as follows: First,the use of factor analysis method to establish a highway profit quality evaluation system and model from the four aspects of profitability,profitability,profitability,profitability and profitability.Second,the horizontal and vertical comparative analysis of the profit quality of Gan-Yue Expressway was conducted,and the problems of profit quality were found through the comparative analysis.Third,in-depth discussion of the reasons for the problem of the quality of Gan-Yue Express' profitability.Fourth,put forward strategies for improving the profitability of Gan-Yue Expressway.The purpose of this paper is to improve the profitability of Gan-Yue Expressway,thereby promoting the self-sustainable development of Gan-Yue Expressway.Based on literature reading,this article uses factor analysis,comparative analysis,ratio analysis,trend analysis,and chart analysis to conduct research.The conclusions drawn in this paper are as follows: First,the profitability of Gan-Yue Expressway is at a medium level among the 15 expressway listed companies studied in this paper.Gan-Yue Express' s earnings growth ranks well,its profitability ranks generally,its earnings sustainability ranks decrease year by year,and its profitability ranks the worst.The profit quality problems of Gan-Yue Expressway are mainly in terms of profitability and profit sustainability.Second,high bond financing has affected its profitability;the uncertainty of financial subsidies and the difficulty of the sustainable development of the expressway business have affected its profitability sustainability.Thirdly,Gan-Yue Express' s profit quality improvement strategy is to reduce interest expenses for financing innovation;actively strive for policy support and reduce dependence on financial subsidies in the form of cash;reducecosts and increase efficiency to promote the sustainable development of the expressway business of Gan-Yue Express;Implement the "Highway +" strategy to enhance the overall competitiveness of Gan-Yue Expressway.The profit quality improvement strategy proposed in this article can provide a certain reference for the future work of Gan-Yue Expressway,and it can also provide some inspiration for the improvement of the profit quality of other companies in the highway industry.
