| Tire is a very important part in the components of the car.The resistance which is opposite to the rolling direction when rolling is the tire rolling resistance.Rolling resistance has a great influence on kinetic energy consumption,fuel consumption and service life of vehicles.Reducing rolling resistance can improve the performance of vehicle,save energy and reduce emission,and prolong the service life of tire.In recent years,the "green tire" with safety,high efficiency,energy conservation and environmental protection as its main focus has come into people’s vision and become the main development direction of tire industry in recent years.Green tire refers to energy saving,environmental protection and safety tire products.It follows the green manufacturing concept in the production process and advocates green use in the useprocess.According to the report of China Rubber Industry Association,compared with ordinary tires,the application of green tires can reduce rolling resistance about 30%,thus reducing fuel consumption about 5%,and also reduce C02 emissions.Therefore,it is very important to analyze the rolling resistance performance of green tire and study the influencing factors,which is also an important research direction of tire test and detection.In this paper,through in-depth comparative study of tire rolling resistance test methods in various countries,the comparison and analysis of rolling resistance test methods in different countries and regions are formed.In this paper,several representative passenger car tires and the same type of green tires in the market are tested and compared to discuss the energy conservation of green tires;the test design is carried out with tire pressure,load and speed as the influencing factors;through the analysis of test data,the influence of various factors on the rolling resistance of green tires is discussed. |
