With the rapid development of the society and the rapid growth of the national economy,under the background of economic integration,the city continues to have a large population and continuously expands its scale.In the face of the ever-growing buildings,the firefighting system has faced unprecedented challenges and opportunities.Based on the basic theory of system reliability analysis,through the analysis of the high-rise building fire water supply system,obtained can be used in the reliability of fire water supply system pipe network series parallel current theory,using the probability distribution graph parsing the possibility of fire water system failure occurs,and the fire water system commonly used structure mode to use theoretical analysis,effective relief measures are put forward.Analysis of high-level overpressure often bring the disadvantages of fire water supply system,reasonable relief measures real high-rise fire water supply system is an urgent need to solve the problem,combined with specific engineering example by FLOWMASTER simulation software analysis the hydrant is calculated under the normal pressure and flow,and take a certain decompression orifice plate decompression of the water pressure and flow,has achieved good results.The specific research contents and results arc as follows:(1)Fire water including water supply reliability,water pump,water pump suction pipe arrangement reliability,pump reliability including one with a case and amphibious,water pump suction pipe arrangement includes a suction tube,two suction manifold and independent suction manifold,the reliability of the fire hydrant including fire hydrant pipe network system and the influence of the fire hydrant is set,and the analysis of the reliability of the pressure reducing valve set,the structure reliability analysis and reliability calculation formula is given.(2)Common decompression measures include pressure relief valve,decompression orifice plate,throttle tube,decompression water tank and other decompression devices.The problems of fire hydrant decompression orifice plate,water supply pump overpressure and automatic sprinkler system overpressure are analyzed in detail,and the calculation formula of overpressure and specific decompression measures are given.(3)Combining with an engineering example,the simulation software FLOWMASTER and fire water supply pipe network linearization theory,on the basis of simulation analysis of the main water supply pump early open fire hydrant fire layer under the dynamic condition,observation system pressure with the change of fire hydrant open time length,different fire hydrant open time,open fire hydrant count and simulation such as floor of different fire hydrant water pump and water pressure and water yield is not the same.(4)Through the establishment of pressure relief orifice plate model in FLOWMASTER software,the relationship between the pressure and water output of hydrant and water pump was simulated by setting the pressure relief orifice plates with different diameters,the opening count of hydrant,and different fire floors,etc.Finally,the optimal pressure relief orifice plate diameters of different floors were concluded.When fire occurs in high area,the water pressure and water output of the hydrant with a diameter of 26mm and a diameter of 27mm and 28mm are significantly reduced,which is not only conducive to the operation of fire fighters,but also can protect the fire equipment from over-pressure damage and save water for the purpose of optimization,which can provide a theoretical basis for the fire water supply system of high-rise buildings in practical engineering.
