Importance Of Enriching Renewable Energy Projects Development Through Cooperation Activities And Local Knowledge For Renewable Energy Sources Between Germany And Turkey

The present study aimed to see the impact caused by cooperation activities for RES on the renewable energy projects development and the impact of local knowledge of RES on renewable energy projects development.The study took the roles of Municipality as moderator between cooperation activities for RES and renewable energy projects development and role of location factors as a moderator between local knowledge of RES and renewable energy projects development between Germany and Turkey.For this purpose,the data has been collected from past relevant studies as well,to critically review it to find out the gaps for continuation with the present study.Then the researcher conducted a survey,for which,the researcher took a sample of 155 males and 141 females from Germany.Moreover,the study took a sample of 120 males and 167 females from Turkey.Through the results of the first case it was seen that the impact of cooperation activities for RES on the renewable energy projects development is significant and the impact of local knowledge of RES on renewable energy projects development is significant as well.The study took Municipality local factors as moderator between cooperation activities for RES and renewable energy projects development which was not found to be significant and role of municipality location factors as a moderator between local knowledge of RES and renewable energy projects development was not significant as well.And the results of second case showed that the impact of cooperation activities for RES on the renewable energy projects development is significant and the impact of local knowledge of RES on renewable energy projects development is significant as well.Role of Municipality local factors as moderator between cooperation activities for RES and renewable energy projects development was significant and role of municipality location factors as a moderator between local knowledge of RES and renewable energy projects development was significant as well.The study has its implications in practical and theoretical sector as well.However,these findings are drawn with a very limited sample.
