As the carrier of civil aviation transportation,aircraft plays an important role in the transportation system.Landing gear,as the main bearing structure of aircraft,determines the safety and performance of the whole aircraft.Whose safety reliability becomes more and more important in the rapid development of social economy as a result.Based on probabilistic model,Traditional reliability analysis approach is restricted by the number of samples.Due to the complexity and large cost of landing gear experiment,it is difficult to obtain a large number of data required by the traditional reliability model.Therefore,the non-probabilistic reliability method has been introduced to the safety evaluation when the sample information is insufficient.The non-probabilistic reliability model is the useful supply to the probabilistic model.The non-probabilistic reliability of landing gear structure is studied under the condition that the sample information of uncertain parameters affecting the safety of structure is insufficient.Based on the theory of non-probabilistic reliability and the response surface method,the non-probabilistic model of structure is established under the condition of limited data information.The main research contents are as follows(1)Combining the traditional response surface method(RSM)with the theory of non-probabilistic reliability,an evaluation method of non-probabilistic reliability based on RSM is proposed.The reliability evaluation process of landing gear structure based on non-probabilistic reliability was established to evaluate the ultimate state of bearing capacity of a certain landing gear structure.The non-probabilistic reliability index obtained by the improved analytical index method is used to judge the reliability of landing gear structure,which proves the feasibility of applying non-probabilistic response surface method in safety evaluation of landing gear structure(2)The applicability of several non-probabilistic index algorithms is analyzed,such as one-dimensional optimization algorithm,improved one-dimensional optimization algorithm,analytical method,etc.Combined with the advantages of the improved one-dimensional optimization algorithm,the analytical method is improved,which not only ensures the accuracy of the calculation results,but also improves the calculation efficiency.
