The increase in aircraft turnaround time is one of the important reasons for the cost pressure on the air transport industry,so airlines are committed to shortening the aircraft turnaround time as much as possible.Passenger boarding links are located on the critical path of aircraft turnover.The problem of aisle interference during boarding is the main bottleneck to improve boarding efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to refine the model of aisle interference to provide a scientific basis for airlines.The object of this paper is the aisle interference during boarding.Based on a new perspective of baggage movement trajectory during passenger stowage,it explores which factors mainly affect the baggage placement process,and establish a boarding aisle interference prediction model based on passenger segmentation,the design of a customized flight dynamic selection process is proposed,and the passenger organization of the boarding area is considered.The main work is as follows:(1)Identification and analysis of influencing factors during baggage stowage.Baggage trajectory experiments was designed to select the main influential factors of baggage movement.The Cox model was used to identify the main influencing factors of baggage stowage time.Therefore,passenger's gender,age,height,BMI,baggage characteristics,and luggage compartment status are the 6 key influencing factors for aisle interference.(2)The classification of boarding passengers and the establishment of multiple nonlinear regression models of aisle interference.Based on the key factors and baggage stowage time,cluster analysis was performed to obtain 2 types of boarding passengers.Two non-linear regression model of aisle interference considering passenger attributes,baggage characteristics,and baggage bin status was established.The model can accurately predict the aisle interference time caused by different passengers.(3)Customized flight dynamic selection and passenger organization process design in the boarding area.Taking into account the differences in flight passengers and baggage,this paper designed a customized flight dynamic selection process for flights,and established a new logistic model for passengers to match the model to improve the selection process.Taking the minimization of time as the selection criterion,the optimal boarding strategy was recommended for the flight personalization.Taking Steffen strategy as an example,passenger organization in the boarding area was designed and management recommendations was provided for airlines.
