The Aeronautical Ground Light system is an important facility of the airport,the reliability and stability of these lights play very important role to flight safety.Whether the light intensity of navigation luminaire is qualified or not is an important factor affecting the pilot's judgment of aircraft's orientation and attitude when landing.At present,the detection of navigation luminaire at home and abroad is mainly based on the dynamic intensity detection of vehicles as a carrier.Although this method is fast and efficient,but it is expensive and the test distance is relatively long.Besides,due to the special nature of the airport,there are many inconveniences when testing.In this paper,by analyzing the current research situation on navigation luminaires' testing at home and abroad,a near field detection system for light intensity of navigation luminaire is designed to solve the problems of low detection speed,high cost and large space occupied in the detection system of light intensity.Firstly,according to the basic law of photometry,combined with the existing light intensity parameters detection technology,a detection method of rotating a light source around a detector is proposed.Secondly,through the analysis of the key factors of testing the accuracy of the light intensity in the short-range,the double telecentric optical system is designed,and the main technologies such as optical system structure,aberration correction,image quality evaluation are discussed in detail.Thirdly,according to the selected detection method,design the turntable and fixture for lamp,then compiling the system control program to realize the illuminance acquisition by photometer within Horizontal direction between-13°~13° and vertical direction between 0°~15°.Fourthly,for the requirement to processing a lot of real-time data.A method based on grid division for building Delaunay triangulation is proposed to obtain the equivalency light intensity curve and verification the algorithm by simulation.Finally,choose the runway median lamp as the test object,the experimental result shows that the system can meet the requirements of field maintenance and the domestic airports' practical application.
