Due to the impact of global climate warming and intensified human activities,the frequency of extreme rainstorm events increases,making urban flood disasters appear frequently,which greatly increases the probability of flood disasters in cities and their downstream areas,bringing huge economic losses.How to forecast the urban flood and scientifically dispatch the drainage pump station group through the advanced technical means is the key to improve the urban waterlogging defense ability.Based on fully understand the urban rain flood simulation research at home and abroad and pump station optimization scheduling,on the basis of research status quo,in accordance with the actual engineering problem faced to the fuzhou comments river valley,built a Model based on Storm flood Management(Storm Water Management Model)of jinan district river flood simulation Model,develop the cascade drainage pumping station in joint optimization scheduling research,puts forward the typical flood situation of river drainage pumping station group of joint scheduling scheme,in order to improve the city's ability to deal with heavy rain.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Facing the actual needs of waterlogging prevention in jin 'an district,fuzhou city,in order to realize the simulation and prediction of the water inflow of qinting lake in jin 'an district and the flood in guangming gang of qinting lake.Based on GIS,the treatment of basic elements such as river course and catchment area is realized,and the flood simulation model of jinan district river course based on SWMM model is constructed and the model parameters are determined.The case study shows that the accuracy of the model can meet the actual engineering requirements and provide fine flood prediction results for the dispatching of qinting lake and kuiqi cascade pumping stations;(2)Facing the actual project demand of real-time dispatching of qinting lake and kuiqi drainage pumping station,the flood control safety of the upper and lower reaches of qinting lake was considered.A joint optimal dispatching model of multi-objective cascade pumping station considering the influence of the lower minjiang river tide level is constructed,and an efficient multi-objective problem solving method based on penalty function and differential evolution algorithm is proposed.The simulation results show that the flood control effect of the proposed scheduling scheme is more effective than the traditional scheduling rules,which can provide technical support for the formulation of optimal scheduling scheme for drainage pumping stations in the basin;(3)On the basis of the above optimal dispatching model of cascade pump station,six typical flood scenarios are designed,and the joint dispatching schemes of cascade pump station under different flood magnitude scenarios are obtained and analyzed.The results show that all the schemes can satisfy the flood control safety in jiangbei district of fuzhou city.It can provide reference for the flood season dispatching in jiangbei district of fuzhou city.
