Nowadays, the development of Chinese society in all aspects is changing with each passing day.In2020,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a comprehensive well-off society. With the improvement of people's living standards, the protection awareness of the government people has increased year by year. The reasonable protection and transformation of ancient towns and villages have never cooled down. The ancient town itself has unique architectural features, local cultural characteristics and local customs, etc. It also provides life for its residents in its historical development. In places, ancient villages not only nurture local residents, but local residents also have the ability to protect, develop and change the ancient villages. The longer the historical context is preserved, the more complete the ancient village is,the higher its aesthetic value, cultural value and spiritual value. In recent years, with the national policy's emphasis on township construction and the construction of a new socialist countryside, the aim is to improve the living environment of rural residents. This spring breeze has become a hot spot for the needs of township residents to improve the living environment, resulting in the"demolition of old construction new The upsurge of construction, especially in remote villages where the economically backward ancient villages are becoming more and more serious.Blind demolition and disorderly construction are very destructive to the overall architectural style of the ancient village. Some residents are limited by economic ability, aesthetics and other factors, and destroy and discard the original material elements with high artistic value, but blindly follow the trend.New materials, various concrete buildings that do not conform to the original style rise up from the ground. The difference in construction techniques, materials, and methods not only damages the style of the ancient villages, but also loses their traditional cultural level. Many ancient villages Has begun to become a desert of traditional culture. The ancient villages are facing a severe situation in terms of protection and development.Longchuan Ancient Tuocheng is a traditional ancient town with rich historical and cultural heritage. It has a deep cultural background. Its main historical buildings and street spaces are relatively intact and have high Cultural Ancient Tuocheng City as the research object, based on the analysis and research on the traditional architecture layout, street space, building structure, construction technology and decorative art of ancient Tuocheng City, explores the design ideas and construction contained in its historical background idea.According to the current protection and development status of Gutuocheng,it summarizes the main problems and puts forward reasonable strategies and suggestions. In response to the implementation of the Party Central Committee and the State Council's work plan to guide the design of rural areas to improve the level of rural planning and construction,as well as the implementation of the "CPC Central Committee and StateCouncil's Opinions on the Implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy" and the "Three-year Action Plan for Rural Habitat Environment Improvement" From the aspect of traditional architectural art research,to explore the sustainable and benign development of traditional architectural heritage in ancient towns. As a spatial carrier of Chinese culture and art,the ancient town is very important for the inheritance of Chinese culture. At present, the development and design of ancient towns in China pay more attention to the improvement of modern tourism service functions, and lack of research from the perspective of traditional architectural art. This article
