ancient Tuocheng City,explores the design ideas and construction contained in its historical background idea.According to the current protection and development status of Gutuocheng,it summarizes the and design of ancient towns in China pay more attention to the improvement of modern tourism service functions,and lack of research from the perspective of traditional architectural art.This article combines national development strategies and incorporates cultural revival in the design practice of ancient towns,emphasizing that ancient town design should focus on space protection,ecological protection,space revival and life revival,and based on the status quo of ancient Tuocheng City in Longchuan County,Guangdong,from protection and development From this perspective,a design plan for the protection and development of ancient towns is proposed to provide a reference for the design of other ancient towns in China.This topic takes the traditional architecture of Longchuan Ancient Tuocheng City as the research object and the traditional architecture of Lingnan as the geographical background.From the perspective of protection and development,this article firstly collects and
