With the rapid development of Internet and communication,the process of smart factory for 3C products has been further promoted.For mobile phones in the box in the intelligent factory production is large,the characteristics of the production rhythm fast,need a workshop information of MES(Manufacturing Execution System)System for controls,MES from upper to accept to the task order,according to the machine unit between the library and the production capacity and material of machine unit of logistics transportation and affordable machine unit load,the order of the tasks scheduling to each machine unit,task arrangement to the cell,The AGV(Automatic Guidance Vehicle)is responsible for the task transportation of the workshop,transforming the workshop production plan into the AGV distribution plan.The main research content of this paper is how to determine a reasonable time window for distributing tasks to machine units when formulating AGV distribution tasks,so as to reduce the waiting time and AGV waiting time on machine units after pallet processing.Firstly,the structural framework and business process of the intelligent works hop are analyzed.The distribution plan of AGV is divided into two sub-problems: task distribution and AGV distribution cycle work together,specifically,how to allocate tasks to machine units and decide on the distribution time window of each task,so th at the AGV waiting time and stay time on machine units after the pallet processing are minimized.Secondly,the mathematical model of AGV was established based on the optimization objective of the waiting time of AGV and the waiting time when the pallet was processed on the machine unit.In order to solve this problem,three scheduling strategies based on time window are proposed.Through simulation experiments,three scheduling strategies are compared and analyzed.Then,according to the actual situation of the intelligent workshop,the time of AGV handling task is characterized by randomness,and a mathematical model is established.In view of the randomness of handling time,the Plant Simulation software was used t o establish an intelligent Simulation platform.Simulation experiments were designed to compare and analyze the results of solving AGV task distribution problems in intelligent workshops where three scheduling rules have randomness in handling time.Finally,based on the project practice,the requirements of the business process of the intelligent workshop were analyzed to determine the overall framework of the intelligent workshop and various modules needed by the system of the intelligent workshop,and th e development of the AGV lower machine and upper machine modules in the intelligent workshop was completed.
